Bar Tender

Big Ash Brewing's "Pour Your Own" tap wall is the first of its kind in Cincinnati.  We are searching for talented people who love craft spirits, craft beer, great wine, telling stories, and talking to customers about the local craft spirits scene.  A selection of locally sourced craft whiskeys and spirits, as well as our own craft cocktails, will make quick work of pouring and allow more time to spend with customers.  Our Bartenders are flexible, responsive, engaging, have a sense of humor and love to entertain and serve.

- At least 1yr experience working in a restaurant, bar or taproom.

- Knowledge of spirits and the local distillery scene.

- Interest in formal training in spirits, conducting whiskey tastings, becoming a whiskey steward

- Beer Knowledge; styles, ingredients and how it’s made.

- Experience in highly engaged customer service, arts or entertainment a big plus.

- Experience with POS systems and comfortable with technology.

- $10/ hr. base plus tips

- Paid training

- Flexible hours

- High School Diploma, minimum 21 years of age

Beer Meister (Server)

Big Ash Brewing's "Pour Your Own" tap wall is the first of its kind in Cincinnati.  We are searching for talented people who love craft beer, telling stories, and showing customers how to pour the perfect pint.  Brew Master Jon is producing Big Ash Beers on our 7BBL brewery with guest taps and wine filling out our 28 tap system.  Our goal is not to eliminate customer service, but to provide the best, no wait service possible. Leave behind the routine tasks of tap and swipe, step out in front of the bar and enjoy talking about your favorite craft beer and wine.  Our Beer Meisters are flexible, responsive, engaging, have a sense of humor and love to entertain and serve.  See more details about Big Ash Brewing on our website.
