Big Ash Brewing has immediate openings for Kitchen Shift Leads and Line Cooks.

Kitchen Shift Leads
Responsibilities: the preparation, serving, and cooking of all food, including food for catering for special events, when assigned. Ensures quality and presentation of all food that is served to our guests. Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen work area, food preparation area, refrigerator, walk-in, and freezers. Will assist the Kitchen Manager in creative menu planning and execution.

Kitchen Team Member
Responsibilities: Participate in day-to-day culinary operations. Coordinate cook and present quality food orders.

Check freshness and quality of ingredients. Assist in the development of menu itemsMaster recipes and plate presentations. Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests.

Qualifications: Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields.

Knowledge of kitchen processes.
Passion for food and cooking techniques.
Strong leadership qualities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Part-time nights and weekends are required. Compensation based on experience, will train. Must have reliable transportation. Must work fast and efficiently. Must have great customer service skills.
